Directly from you only when required and in all cases you wil be notified that we are collecting such data. This includes when a reservation is made online or when one of our staff request your email address for the purposes of communication.

How Long we retain this information

We retain this basic information until such time as you request that this information be deleted. We use it from time to time for contact and limited marketing only. It is never shared with outside parties.
